*CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF QLD VIP PASS
1. Purchasers must:-
• be Queensland residents and residents of northern New South Wales postcodes 2450 - 2490 ONLY [Children 3-13
years inclusive. Australian Government issued Pension/Senior Card ID required]; &
• join MyFun.2. Ticket must be presented on first visit which MUST occur within thirty days of date of purchase otherwise purchaser
will not obtain a Pass and all monies paid will be forfeited in full to Warner Village Theme Parks (”WVTP”).
3. At time of first visit photographic proof of residency must be shown and a QLD VIP Pass Agreement form must be completed.
4. Pass entitles holder to entry to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet’n'Wild Water World from date of
purchase until 30 June 2010 inclusive BUT NOT:-
• from 26 December 2009 - 17 January 2010 inclusive;
• to special events conducted outside advertised park trading hours;
• nor on Christmas Day or ANZAC Day.
5. On any valid day entry is permitted ONCE to each park. Any extensions or refunds as a result of limited visitation
or suspension are not allowed.
6. Pass does not entitle the holder to:-
• entry to the Sea World Resort Water Park, Sea World Helicopters or Sea World Animal Adventures; nor
• Annual Pass member benefits.
7. Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use, is not redeemable for cash and
cannot be used with any other offer.
8. WVTP may cancel or suspend the Pass and/or remove the holder from a park if they breach ANY park rules which
are set out at the front gate of each park. WVTP reserves the right to close rides and/or attractions on a permanent
or temporary basis during the life of the Pass.
9. The original Pass must be presented to be allowed entry to a park. NO PASS - NO ENTRY
10. If the Pass is lost, stolen or damaged $20.00 is payable to obtain a replacement pass. If the Pass is stolen the
replacement fee may be waived if a documented police report is provided.
11. These Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of Queensland, Australia.
$4.95 transaction fee applies for all bookings. $3.95 surcharge applies for all American Express and
Diners Card transactions.
If i am an international student and study Uni in QLD, am i eligible to be Queensland resident?
If so, what documents should I need to provide when I first visit theme park? I have only bank statement, Student ID and some Uni letters.
